After installing
- 1 Install the app on your phone (allow installs from unknown sources on Android if prompted).
- 2 Open the app and sign in with your company HR staff account.
- 3 On iOS, you may need to trust the enterprise developer profile under Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.

POS setup after download
- 1 Install the app for your operating system.
- 2 Open your property URL (for example, https://your-hotel.example.com).
- 3 Go to Activate POS device and enter the activation code from POS Setup → Terminals (or a Platform support key).
- 4 For browser-only use, open the register and choose Install POS when prompted (PWA). Staff login works without a device license.
